Eager shoppers queued from before 6am on Saturday morning to be the first to visit HMV’s new store on Grafton Street in Dublin.
Music, movie and game lovers rose in the early hours – or never went home after drinking cans on Harcourt Street – to visit the new premises just down the street from its old home on Dublin’s most iconic shopping street.

Cullen said: “People want the latest releases now. All the new movies we have, you will not get on any other digital platform for about six to eight months.”
