Yesterday it was wind, today it’s snow

Is it spring yet?

Met Éireann has issued a Yellow Weather Warning for Ireland saying snow and ice is on the way for the next couple of days. Great…

Speaking over on the Met Éireann website, the national forecaster says: “A cold airmass from Canada bringing snow showers over the next couple of days.

“In the West and North, several cms accumulation over hills with a few cms at low levels likely. Slight accumulations possible elsewhere. Icy patches.”

That’s certainly not good news for the Irish rugby players playing against England today…
