Only yesterday the Northeast of America was enjoying record high temperatures for this time of year, and oh, what a difference a day makes.
There were recorded temperatures of 62 degrees in New York and Boston, but today temperatures are set to drop to as low as 28 degrees.
As a result, this is the first time that New York City will receive six inches of snow following a day that was 60 degrees or above.
It is being estimated that both New York and Boston should anticipate anywhere between eight and twelve inches of snow over the course of the next 24 hours.
As a result, there have been schools closed, flights cancelled, traffic diverted from dangerous roads… but on the plus side, lots of pretty pictures!
