PICS: People are getting very annoyed with the traffic on the M50 this morning

“Rubbernecking” appears to be at the root of the problem.

Two collisions on the M50 southbound have caused traffic chaos in the capital this morning and although the collisions have since been cleared, the effects are still very much being felt as people make their way to work.
