There are plenty of people who want to Repeal the 8th.
Today, thousands of people have marched through the streets of Dublin as part of the 5th annual March For Choice.
Those in favour of repealing the Eighth Amendment met outside the Garden of Remembrance with organisers predicting 20,000 protesters in the capital.
The theme for this year’s march this year is ‘Rise and Repeal’ which is a comment on the failure of our Republic to fulfil the promise of equality made in 1916. Other international demonstrations have also been planned to take place in cities like London, Berlin and Paris.
Here are some of the most striking images from the march in Dublin.
