Police in the US have confirmed the cause of death for influencer Gabby Petito after new details from the investigation into her passing emerged on Tuesday. During a press conference on 12 October, the Teton County Coroner's Office revealed the 22-year-old influencer's cause of death was strangulation. Her time of death is estimated to be three to four weeks before her body was found. It was close to a month ago, on 21 September, that the FBI confirmed the 22-year-old has been found in Bridger-Teton National Forest, ruling the death as a homicide.  The YouTube star was first reported missing by her family on 11 September after her fiancé, Brian Laundrie, returned home to Florida alone following a cross-country road trip the pair had went on.
