Be careful...
Walkers, cyclists and pedestrians are being urged to avoid the Phoenix Park as Storm Ali has made the park unsafe.
The Office of Public Works has said that strong winds has caused loose debris to be scattered around the park which may be dangerous to the public.
"We advise walkers and cyclists not to enter the Phoenix Park, as gusts are strong and loose debris is being scattered which may be dangerous," the OPW, who manage the park, said.
All roads in the park are closed with the exception of the main route, Chesterfield Avenue, and the OPW said that only people with essential business should enter the park.
Dublin Zoo is also closed today with the management citing public and animal safety as the reason in light of Storm Ali.
In a statement on social media they wrote:
"Visitor and animal welfare is paramount in Dublin Zoo. Dublin Zoo has made the decision to close today due to high winds and fallen trees in the Zoo. Apologies for any inconvenience caused."
