Gardaí and emergency services are attending the scene.

A school bus was involved in a collision with a car in Limerick on Wednesday morning. The crash occurred on the R513 road between Herbertstown and Caherline, which has been closed until further notice. A number of students were taken to University Hospital Limerick for treatment; the extent of the injuries are unknown but are believed to be minor in nature. The drivers of both vehicles have also been taken to hospital.
