The management of Wilson's Hospital School want former teacher, Enoch Burke, jailed for the fourth time.

The High Court have heard that Burke's repeated attendance is disrupting the start of the new school year.

RTE reports that Burke was back at the school, standing by the gates, posing for pictures with pupils and 'setting a bad example'.

Burke was suspended from the school in 2022 and later dismissed.

Despite being jailed numerous times, Burke continues to turn up for work in defiance of court orders.

His bank account is being drained of the wages that continue to be paid to him due to an appeal against his dismissal.
