A witness appeal has been issued.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following the discharge of a firearm in Offaly earlier this week.
At approximately 11.30pm on Tuesday night (5 July), Gardaí received reports that a number of shots had been fired at a property in Oakview, Clara.
No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
No arrests have been made in relation to the incident and investigations are ongoing.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward and any road users with video footage – including dash-cam – are asked to make this available to investigators.
