Miraculously, nobody was injured in the incident.
A man has been arrested after a car smashed into a shop in Skerries on Tuesday.
The incident happened at the Primo C&T Superstore at around 1.30pm on Tuesday afternoon.
Luckily, nobody was injured during the incident.
A male in his 40s has been arrested in relation to the incident; Gardaí say that investigations are ongoing.
“Staff were amazing, and should be really proud of themselves how they managed the situation and their customers in the aftermath,” said a customer who was in the shop at the time.
A video captured the extent of the damage caused to the shop, and the distance the car made it inside.
