SuperValu recalling bakery products from four stores over the potential presence of a metal piece
SuperValu is recalling some batches of its in-store bakery products due to the "potential presence of a piece of metal".
The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) issued an alert on Friday about the recall, which only applies to four SuperValu stores.
These are SuperValu Lucan, SuperValu Knocklyon, SuperValu Northside and SuperValu Kilmainham.
For the list of the implicated bakery products, see the table below.
"Point-of-sale recall notices are being displayed in the relevant stores," the FSAI said.
It also stated that the recall was being undertaken "as a precaution".
