Sydney Sweeney goes completely nude in shocking scenes in new Euphoria episode

And that was only episode one of the third season of the HBO series, with fans now witnessing even more shocking scenes in the second episode.

In the second Euphoria episode which dropped over night, there is a continuation of Cassie’s OnlyFans storyline, the character played by Sydney Sweeney.

The 28-year-old actress, who in the first episode was shown dressed as a baby while one scene had her dressed up as a lingerie-clad dog, now has gone completely nude in the second.

Viewers were shocked as they “didn’t expect Sydney Sweeney to show so much” on screen, even though she previously spoke about having gained “so much confidence and self-awareness” through playing Cassie and that she will “do what needs to be done” in order to tell her story.

Cassie, Sydney’s character, poses for more graphic content for her OnlyFans, in the episode titled “America My Dream”.

In one shot, she is shown licking ice cream as it then melts down her nude chest.

In another scene, she is shown wearing nothing but a soaking wet, see-through American flag wrapped around her. And in a baseball themed shoot, she is almost totally naked except for a small nude-coloured thong.

In the most explicit shot yet, she also poses while squatting as she is seen wearing nothing but a backwards baseball cap, trainers, glove and shin pads.

She then uses her arms strategically placed to cover her chest and front, while two fingers are in a shape of a V to cover her pubic area.

Fans on X (formerly Twitter) praised Sweeney’s commitment to looking hot and portraying the character as they wrote: “SYDNEY SWEENEY YOU ARE INSANE FOR THIS OMG.”

While others found the shots “shocking” and joked: “Cassie is so disgusting that it hurts to watch her scenes.”

In 2025, Sweeney shocked many people as she launched a product which will see some of her actual bathwater sold in bars of soap.

Just months later during summer, she appeared in an advertising campaign for jeans which became a subject of controversy, while many on the internet said it promoted “eugenics” and “white supremacy”.

While in the final months of the year, she faced a series of box office disappointments, including the low-grossing films Americana, Eden, and Christy.
