The Taoiseach has given his annual Christmas message.
Enda Kenny has promised to address the problem of homelessness in 2017 during his Christmas message to the Irish people.
The Taoiseach insists that the government's duties are to make Ireland a better place to live "for all our citizens," and addressed the many thousands of people who took part in the 1916 Easter Rising commemorations earlier in the year.
