They are currently being detained.
Two more teenage boys have been arrested in connection with the recent serious assault of a US tourist that took place in Dublin city centre.
57-year-old Stephen Termini was injured after an attack on the corner of Store Street and Talbot Street on 19 July. From Buffalo in New York, he is currently in a serious but stable condition at Beaumont Hospital.
Both teenagers are now being detained at a north Dublin Garda station, a Garda spokesperson confirmed on Thursday morning (27 July).
Meanwhile, a 14-year-old boy charged with assault causing harm to Termini has been remanded on continuing bail pending directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
Appearing before the Dublin Children’s Court on Thursday morning, the boy cannot be identified because he is a minor.
A GoFundMe page has been set up by Termini’s family.
