You know what to watch later.

It’s not often that TV stations make dramatic changes to their scheduled programming at the very last minute but the BBC has just announced that a year-long investigation into NAMA is being televised tonight. The makers have also promised to reveal a scandal that’s at the heart of the billion pound sale of Northern Irish property loans.

The fact that the station have only announced that this investigation is being aired, hours before it’s set to be shown to audiences, has instantly grabbed the attention of Irish citizens that are curious about the inner workings of the National Asset Management Agency.

What can viewers expect to see?  After the above tweet was posted, the BBC Spotlight NI Twitter account published another update which linked back to this story on the BBC website.

Their investigative journalists managed to discover that businessman Frank Cushnahan, an adviser that has been synonymous with NAMA, was set to be paid a fixer fee in relation to a billion pound transaction.

The topic has been trending on social media and it seems that plenty of people will be watching the investigation.
