The fallout is set to seriously impact staff and customers, with 90,000 passengers having already been disrupted in last Thursday and Friday's strikes, with similar numbers anticipated again for this Thursday and Friday's strike action. Meanwhile, staff are being deducted pay for each strike day, as well as their annual bonus; which equates to 6.5% of their overall salary, while the company itself is fined €100,00 for each day of the strike. The latest strike announcement for Paddy's Day and March 8 will impact thousands more people, especially on St. Patrick's Day.
