This Dublin hotel’s Ed Sheeran rant is WAY over the top and horribly insulting

This is just appalling

This is just appalling.

Having received some complaints over charging €279 for a double room on the nights of the upcoming Ed Sheeran concerts in Dublin, the Charleville Lodge Hotel in Phibsborough has written a vicious response on Facebook.

Suggesting people should seek alternative accommodation, including links to the Simon Community emergency website and St Vincent De Paul shelters, this really is a particularly sarcastic and nasty response to people who had raised legitimate questions about room prices on the North Circular Road.

This just left us speechless: “Alternatively, if you don’t mind sharing with a dog, may I suggest you check out the Pet Boarding Kennels at the DSPCA. Canines are usually more accommodating than humans, as their love tends to be unconditional. They also like to spoon (I am told).”

Wow.
