ESB has confirmed that there are power outages around the country this morning following bad weather throughout the night.
A weather warning had been in place for high-speed winds across the country on Saturday evening, and this morning thousands of homes are without power.
Separately, the ESB have reported large faults in parts of Donegal, Wicklow, Cork, Kerry and Mayo. There are several other clusters throughout the country. All in all, roughly 10,000 homes have been affected.
RTÉ has reported that ESB will be working to restore power across the board by the end of the day.
