Three men were arrested after reports of an armed burglary in the Citywest area of Dublin yesterday morning (10 May).
At around 11am on Saturday, three men armed with a knuckle duster and a knife took part in an aggravated burglary and assault in Dublin 24.
According to a statement by the GardaÃ: “The three men forced their way into the house and assaulted a man, aged in his 20s. They were reportedly armed with a knuckle duster and a knife.
“The three men were arrested near the scene a short time later and taken to Tallaght Garda Station detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.”
All three men are said to be in their 20s.
Gardaà say all three have been charged in relation with the incident and will appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice this morning (11 May).
