Investigations into the crash are ongoing.
Gardaí are investigating a single-vehicle road traffic collision that left three men seriously injured in Longford.
The crash occurred in the Kilmore area of Toome shortly before midnight on Friday (1 October) when a car collided with a tree on the roadside.
In a statement to JOE, Gardaí said three males sustained serious injuries during the collision and were taken to Cavan General Hospital and Tullamore General Hospital respectively.
The road is currently closed for a technical examination of the scene by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and local diversions are in place.
