Ray D’Arcy has just announced on live radio that Today FM’s ‘Shave Or Dye’ campaign has successfully broken yet another Guinness World Record, as well as raising a whopping €251,000 in the process.

77 was the current record for the number of people having their heads shaved at the exact same time. The record, which was held by another charity cancer campaign in Australia was well and truly beaten, however, as a whopping 179 noggins were successfully shaved by 179 barbers at Dublin City’s Mansion House.
