The former NSA employee's life comes under the spotlight in a new documentary by Laura Poitras.

This looks intriguing, like a real life Bourne Identity, as Snowden's escape to exile in Russia is documented. Snowden, of course, achieved international renown when he leaked scores of documents from the National Security Agency in 2013. He is now reunited with his girlfriend and living in Russia. "It was an incredible reunion because she understood and that meant a lot to me," Snowden said of getting back together with Lindsay Mills, at The New Yorker Festival on Saturday. "She had a very, very challenging year... It was a meeting I'll never forget."
