Train crashes at Barcelona station, dozens reported injured

A train has reportedly crashed in Barcelona's Francia station, leaving close to 50 people injured.

The crash happened during the morning rush hour at the Francia station, which is in the city centre.

Social media images show a badly damaged train having hit the buffers in the station.

According to reports, 48 people have been injured - five seriously - with 18 taken to hospital.

There are no reports of deaths at this time.
