"It's about humanity".

Game of Thrones star Liam Cunningham was on the Late Late Show but from the very onset of the interview, Ryan Tubridy made it clear that this conversation wasn't going to be about the hit HBO show. As many of you will know, the Irish actor has traveled out to visit International Rescue Committee camps in Greece with his co-stars Lena Headey and Maisie Williams. After hearing about the fate of  Afghan and Syrian fathers, Cunningham (in the clip below) said: “This is not an earthquake, this is not a tidal wave. This is a man-made crisis: 57,000 stranded in Greece. Refugee camps in Europe? Is this truly the standard EU leaders want to set as the way to respond to the global refugee crisis?” https://twitter.com/theIRC/status/748535227715198976 This is clearly an issue that the actor is deeply passionate about and this shined through during his conversation on the Late Late Show. https://twitter.com/Catheri49333549/status/784508176234340352 https://twitter.com/Catheri49333549/status/784508176234340352 https://twitter.com/RTEOne/status/784508807120429056 https://twitter.com/ruairimckiernan/status/784509261787398144 https://twitter.com/Aoifecaulfield/status/784508602430132225 https://twitter.com/DamienEgan1/status/784508423383678978 https://twitter.com/damocoyle13/status/784510138065575942 https://twitter.com/F_Kilkenny/status/784510589255188480 https://twitter.com/ruairimckiernan/status/784511214764392449 https://twitter.com/RTEOne/status/784510827231535105
