With no resolution yet reached between Luas workers and the Luas operator Transdev, the latest in a long line of Luas strikes came into effect on Thursday morning.
Though we all knew it was coming, that doesn’t mean we’re necessarily prepared for the consequences and that certainly seems to be the case on Dublin commuter routes.
