The study came up with new advice to ensure you stay as safe as possible.

Wearing two masks reduces the risk of spreading Covid-19, a new study has determined.

The report, which was conducted by the US Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), also found that making sure a mask fits snugly on the face will “significantly reduce a person’s” risk of spreading Covid-19.

The data also showed that wearing a mask helped reduce exposure to particles that were the size of droplets that spread Covid-19, when compared to not wearing a mask.

It found that, ideally, people should use a cloth mask that has multiple layers of fabric, or wear one disposable mask underneath a cloth mask.

The second mask should push the edges of the inner mask against your face.

“A mask with layers will stop more respiratory droplets getting inside your mask or escaping from your mask if you are sick,” the report read.

However, the study also urged people not to combine two disposable masks, as they are not designed to fit tightly and wearing more than one will not improve your safety.

It also said that ensuring you can breathe safely is important, and should not be compromised.
