Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information about the riots or anyone involved in organising or participating in them to contact their investigation team.
Two more people have been arrested in connection with the riots that took place on 23 November 2023 in Dublin.
In a statement on Wednesday morning (31 January), An Garda Síochána said it continues to investigate “all aspects of the violent disorder and public order events” that occurred that day in the capital’s city centre.
As part of this probe, Gardaí confirmed that two men – one in his late 20s, the other in his late teens – have been arrested.

The statement from An Garda Síochána reads:
“This morning, January 31st, 2024, two individuals were arrested by Gardaí from DMR North Central in connection with incidents related to this investigation.
“One male in his late 20s and another in his late teens were arrested in the Dublin City area. They are currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at a Garda Station in the Dublin region.
“An Garda Síochána continues to appeal to anyone with information about the events on that day or anyone involved in organising or participating in these events to contact the Garda investigation team at Store Street Garda Station at 01 666 8000, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.”
