The incident occurred in an industrial complex in south-west Sydney.
It is believed that at least two people – one believed to be the gunman who took his own life – and another have been killed and two others taken to hospital after a shooting in Sydney.
The incident occurred in a factory in Ingleburn and, according to Sky News, the tragedy was due to a business dispute.
