A song by Crowded House, with a very powerful message.
The humanitarian crisis has dominated the news agenda in recent days and weeks and it was revealed yesterday that we’ll be doing our bit to help out in Ireland by taking in 4,000 refugees.
Various celebrities have been putting their weight behind the cause of the refugees of late and arguably the most powerful example of that is a song released by Crowded House titled ‘Help is Coming’.
Featuring a moving introduction by Benedict Cumberbatch, the accompanying video/short film, directed by Mat Whitecross, highlights the plight of the 19.5 million refugees around the world and calls on people to help by donating to the Save the Children campaign.
