Rule number one of interviewing someone; ensure that you are interviewing the correct person.

CNN broke one of the golden rules when they conducted a live-on-air interview in the aftermath of this morning’s earthquake with a man claiming to be a police officer from San Francisco named Adam Sure.

We are not certain how they came in contact with this man but we are pretty ‘Sure’ that he is not who CNN were looking for.

The interview started off promisingly with Sure stating that most people were in bed when the actually earthquake hit, but he continued on to dramatically reveal that the police believe that “it was a rumbling from Howard Stern’s butt crack”.

Now, while JOE is no stranger to a few ‘rumbles’ ourselves, we think that it is very unlikely that even the gastro power of Howard Stern could cause such damage in the western state.

Next time CNN should probably get more credentials than this guy’s word…
