On Jimmy Kimmel Live last night the actor, who plays Jon Snow in Game of Thrones, told the presenter that he once asked the musician if he watched his show.
The answer was a very blunt “No man!” and an extraordinary awkward moment was created for the 28 year old actor.
The actor also spoke about meeting his Idol Edward Norton on the Red Carpet and his surprise at being immediately recognised by his childhood hero.
Of course, Kit Harrington is not the only one asking the awkward questions, as Jimmy Kimmel and Kit discussed the frequent scenario of being asked for spoilers on his day job.

Kit is sure to be asked plenty of probing questions over the next few months as the recent season finale leaves a lot of unanswered questions hanging in the air.
