Australia's Deputy Prime Minister has said that Johnny Depp looked like he was auditioning for a role in The Godfather in his apology video this week.

The video has already become the stuff of awkward legend, as a po-faced Depp and his wife Amber Heard apologise for bringing their dogs Pistol and Boo into Australia last May. Now Barnaby Joyce has joined the chorus of disapproval at Depp's performance. "He's very good at playing every person, except Johnny Depp," he said. That's not very nice. Clip via The Guardian
