Video: Terrifying footage of an explosion destroying a house in New Jersey

75 homes were evacuated in the area and 15 people are believed to have been injured as a result.

An explosion caused by a gas leak resulted in 15 injuries, including two believed to be extremely critical, in Stafford Township in south New Jersey yesterday morning.

The explosion occurred as crews were working on a gas main leak across from the home in which the explosion took place, with footage of the blast captured on the dashcam of a car nearby.

According to reports, 15 people, including five crew members working on the gas leak, were injured, although despite the violence of the blast, no deaths have been reported.
