Jaysus, that’s a lot of smoke…

JOE would like to say a big Happy New Year to all of our readers and we hope you all had a class night yesterday ushering in 2015.

We all know that different countries have different traditions, events and spectacles when it comes to celebrating the countdown.

Sydney is famous for its fireworks display, the Eiffel Tour in Paris is illuminated for the world to see while in Ireland we’re better than most at having the craic.

The family in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina though like to welcome the New Year with their own fireworks display and while it’s something that we wouldn’t be doing, it is well worth a watch.

Just remember, stand back people.
