‘We like to be inclusive on the BBC’ – Mark James tries to explain Paul Dunne comments, fails

Yesterday the BBC came under fire for their attempts to claim Irish amateur sensation, Paul Dunne as one of their own.

The Greystones’ golfer is cruising along nicely in the final round today, currently -12 thru 7, so BBC golf commentator, Mark James decided the time was right to try to explain away those comments from yesterday.

With his assertion that ‘we like to be inclusive on the BBC’, he didn’t do great to be honest.

As his co-commentator, Andrew Cotter acknowledged at the end, ‘I think you’re digging that hole a bit deeper’.
