Another cheap boozer on the way.

It seems like Wetherspoons property portfolio in Ireland is expanding every few months and they’ve just purchased another building in Dublin.

The UK pub chain have bought a former Baptist church on Lower Abbey Street in the city centre to turn it into a gastropub in the near future.

According to the Irish Times, the building was sold for €1.475 million which is amazing since the guide price was €400,000. Hot property.

Wetherspoons already have five bars in Ireland, four in Dublin and one in Cork and they plan to open 30 more across the country in the next five year.
