Woman in her 80s dies following County Derry collision

The incident occurred yesterday afternoon on Windyhill Road.

The two-vehicle-collison occurred on Windyhill Road yesterday around 12.30pm.

The 85-year-old woman has been named as Maud Kerr, from the Macosquin area.

Emergency services responded to the incident, but unfortunately the woman died at the scene.

A man, also aged in his 80s, was taken to hospital where he is in a stable condition.
