Would you pay €500 a month to rent this ridiculously tiny Dublin flat?

Don't think you could swing a cat in here

It’s cosy, we’ll give it that.

People who’ve been through the experience of trying to find a place to live in Dublin will know that it can be a tough task at times and that you might have to lower your expectations before settling on a place that suits your needs.

Your expectations would want to be pretty low if you wanted to make one particular flat in Rathmines currently being advertised on Daft your new home, however; when the ad says that this is a small flat it really bloody means it.

So small is it, in fact, that if you happen to fall out of the bed during a particularly deep sleep there’s a very good chance you’ll hit your head off the kitchen counter.

Let’s just say it’s not a place that’s exactly suitable for the type of sexy party that Family Guy’s Stewie Griffin liked to host on occasion.

The letting agents for the property, Lowe & Associates, have knocked €5 off the original €500 a month rental price and are quoted in the Irish Mirror as saying: “It is a small apartment and one we’ve rented out for a while. The price does reflect the size and it is in good condition.”

At least it doesn’t have a kitchen-slash-bathroom though, are we right?

Even still, we think we’ll pass on this one thank you very much.
