WATCH: Theresa May dances her way on stage to ‘Dancing Queen’ at Tory party conference

Brexit

It’s so awkward that you won’t be able to look away.

Theresa May hasn’t really been out of the headlines for the past 12 months. The UK Prime Minister has divided opinion with her views on Brexit, especially with regards to the situation in Ireland.

Just last week, May said: “Anything which fails to respect the referendum or which effectively divides our country in two would be a bad deal and I have always said no deal is better than a bad deal,” failing to see the irony spotted by pretty much everyone on the island of Ireland.

But what has undoubtedly gathered the most attention of late is her dance moves.

While on a visit to Kenya, she went mega-viral for her attempt at taking part in a local dance move.

And on Wednesday morning, the whole dancing situation got even more bizarre.

While making her way on to the stage at the Tory Party Conference, ‘Dancing Queen’ by ABBA played in the background and May attempted some moves that people have been calling ‘The Maybot’.

It’s necessary at this point to put particular emphasis on the word ‘attempted’.
