The phenomenon that is Donald Trump’s handshakes… has returned.
It has been well documented on social media that President Donald Trump seems to have an unorthodox style of shaking hands with people. On many occasions it has looked like he’s wrenching them towards him as he firmly grasps their hand.

Donald Trump is currently on his first overseas trip since he became the leader of the free world and so he is meeting many foreign leaders for the first time.
His meetings include the newly-elected French President Emmanuel Macron, who much like Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, looked well briefed in how to deal with the impending handshake from Trump.

Come on, you have to have seen the tension here, look at the grip Macron has on his hand all the while pretending everything is absolutely dandy.

We imagine Macron was keen to avoid a similar scenario than that dolled out to Judge Neil Gorsuch and we have to admit, mission accomplished on that front.
