Well, put that knowledge to the test, as we look over the most popular albums of the last two decades, give or take a year.
So for the quiz below, we’ve gone from the year 2000 to the year 2018 (because 2019 isn’t over yet, obvz).
The four options are the four top-selling albums of that year, with the main image of each year being the album cover of the fifth best-selling album of that year, just to give you an idea of where everyone was at, musically.
Also, just to clarify, we went from the reported best-selling albums of the year, but those albums don’t necessarily have to have been released in that year. So an album might have been released in late 1999, but most of the album sales might not have been until the year 2000. Make sense?
