The Late Late Toy Show has provided this country with more unforgettable moments and legendary characters than any scripted TV show or movie ever could.
Diving back through the archives to come up with questions for this quiz, you start to realise something:

Yes, the production values have gone up and it’s a gold mine for advertisers, but the main reason we watch it is for the inevitable madness you get by letting kids stay up this late. In a room full of toys. And microphones.
It always brings in mega ratings, but this year will no doubt be marked by the very recent passing of its original host, and RTÉ icon, Gay Byrne.
