With spectacular images of the eruption of Mount Etna in Italy doing the rounds this week (see below), we felt it high time to add the topic of volcanoes to our wide selection of geography quizzes. There is probably nothing more terrifying and spectacular at the same time than a volcanic eruption. Spewing lava and volcanic ash high into the sky and for miles around, it's a humbling reminder that we are but tenants here on this planet.
