Every Christmas, we hopefully get to celebrate some time off work, exchange some gifts and eat some delicious turkey sandwiches.
And who do we have to thank for that? That's right. The little baby Jesus.
Regardless of your religious persuasions or lack thereof, the story of Jesus' birth is certainly an interesting one, and one that plenty of Irish people are very familiar with (especially the puritans who insist on waiting until Christmas morning before putting baby Jesus into the manger set).
