These movies will always be classics.
We don’t know what it was about the 1990s, but kids movies were simply better back then.
They were so good in fact that many of them are being remade in the near future. Between The Lion King, Aladdin and Toy Story alone are three of the biggest movies of that decade that have remakes due to be released later this year.
That said, you can’t beat the original. Will Smith certainly has his work cut out for him by being the follow-up to the late Robin Williams’ performance as the Genie in the 1992 version.
