We’re over halfway through January guys, stay strong. Three pub quizzes down, two to go.
If you’re doing some sort of January challenge, you’re over the hump. If you just want this symbolically miserable month to be over, then you’re also over the hump. We’re all trudging through this month in our own way, and things are looking up.
Oh, and ignore talk of Blue Monday next week. This was a concept that was invented by a holiday company to get people to book trips abroad for the summer, and there is absolutely no evidence that this is the ‘most depressing day of the year.’
