The All-Ireland football final is almost upon us and we’ve been chatting about the game all week here in JOE Towers and we are finding it very hard to separate the two sides with some of us leaning towards Kerry and some towards Donegal.
We reckon the general consensus is that it’s going to be a close game but one Donegal fans has shown the confidence of a man who has the use of a DeLorean.
The guy must be back from the future because he’s stuck €121k, yes, 121,000 euros, on Donegal to lift Sam Maguire. He lodged the bet with Boylesports and will get back €209,000 if it comes in.
He’s a brave man but we’d imagine those 70 minutes on Sunday will be the most uncomfortable of his entire life.
