If you are Sunday night/Monday night NFL junkies you really should make time on Saturdays to get your fix from College Football.
There is usually a feast of games on ESPN/BT every Saturday of the season and it often serves up even more exciting fare than the big brother NFL.
With players being younger and more inexperienced you get more mistakes, more dramatic plays and coaches tend to try all sorts of mad ‘trickeration’ than you will see in 10 years of the NFL.
And, of course, Penn State and University of Central Florida will face each other at Croke Park on Saturday, so we thought we’d show just what sort of thrills College Football has to offer.
As well as all the above, the sport is also, of course, the breeding ground for future stars, and this highlight reel features lots of Johnny ‘Football’ Manziel (then Texas A & M, now Cleveland Browns) .
