Arsenal v Manchester City betting preview

Chelsea take on Arsenal at Stamford Bridge in the stand-out match of this week's Premier League games.

We’re into the finishing straight of this season’s Premier League and we look at the odds for Arsenal v Manchester City.

Arsenal seem to be out of the title race now and will be looking to bounce back from the disappointing home draw in midweek against Swansea.

City on the other hand will be in buoyant mood following their convincing dismantling of bitter rivals United at Old Trafford (pic below)on Tuesday. It’s no surprise to see City as favourites here and you can get them at Evens to win here. Arsenal are 13/5 and if you fancy a draw, 5/2 is on offer here.

Manchester United v Manchester City - Premier League

Only Liverpool have scored more goals than City this season and we expect them to continue that trend tomorrow. For City to repeat their Old Trafford display and win 3-0, the odds are 18/1. For Arsenal to win by the same scoreline, it’s 33/1. However, it’s not often Arsenal are taken to the cleaners at the Emirates and I think City to win 2-1 at 15/2 is the most attractive looking bet here.

With Aguero still out injured, the responsibility for goals lies with both Dzeko and Negredo and they top the first golascorer market at 5/1 and 11/2 respectively.

Arsenal’s Giroud (pic above)is their chief goalscoring threat and he can be got at 6/1. If you are looking for a good run for your money, the in-form Yaya Toure is priced at 6/1.

The half-time, full-time market is a very popular one and if you fancy City to lead at half-time and full-time, it’s available for 2/1. For Arsenal to do the same, the odds are 5/1. If you think Arsenal will be quick out of the blocks tomorrow and lead at half-time with City coming back to steal it at full-time, the odds there are a very attractive 22/1.
